Food Recipe: Dungeness Crab
Here is a super tasty recipe for Dungeness Crab.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Dungeness crabs, cooked and cleaned
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Serving Size: 2-4 People Cook/Prep Time: 25-30 Minutes
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2. Add the white wine, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
3. Add the cooked and cleaned Dungeness crab to the skillet. Toss the crab in the sauce until it is well coated.
4. Cook the crab for 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
5. Serve the crab with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
